Yes. The demo opens a full copy of the app with sample apartments and bookings. Nothing you do there affects a real account.

Every booking goes on one calendar. If you try to save a booking on dates that are already taken, the database itself refuses it, so two guests can never hold the same night.

Yes. Paste your Airbnb or Booking.com calendar link and Hostvale blocks those dates automatically. You also get a Hostvale calendar link to paste back into Airbnb, so their calendar shows your direct bookings too.

Yes. Set a weekend rate for Friday and Saturday nights, and special prices for dates like Christmas, Detty December or a big concert weekend. Weekly and monthly discounts are supported too.

A page with your apartments, photos, amenities, prices and live free dates. Guests pick dates and send a request. You accept it in one tap and the booking is created for you.

Directly to your bank account, the way they already do. Hostvale never holds your money. Your bank details go into the confirmation message, and you record each payment as it arrives.

Record the caution fee when it comes in. After check-out, deduct for any damage with a reason and a photo, then refund the rest. The guest gets a clear breakdown on WhatsApp.

Yes. Add expenses like diesel, cleaning, repairs and internet, and Hostvale shows income minus costs for each apartment, plus occupancy and average nightly rate. You can export everything to a spreadsheet.

Yes. On the Business plan you can send each landlord a monthly statement with your management fee taken out.

No. Guests open the booking, check-in or review link you send on WhatsApp, in any browser.

The guest's details, a photo of their ID and their signature on your house rules. The WiFi name and password unlock on their phone once they finish.

ID photos are kept in private storage that only you and your managers can open, through links that expire after 10 minutes. They are deleted automatically 30 days after check-out.

Yes. Invite them by email. Managers can handle bookings and payments. Cleaners only see cleaning jobs, apartments and supplies, never your money.

Yes. Turn on lock-screen alerts once and your phone buzzes for every booking request, online check-in and new review, even when Hostvale is closed. On iPhone, add Hostvale to your home screen first.

Tap Upgrade in the app and message us on WhatsApp. Pay by bank transfer and we switch your plan on. You can go back to Starter at any time.

Each host can only ever see their own bookings, guests and money. This is enforced by the database itself, not just the app screens.

No. Only the pages you choose to share, your booking website and the links you send guests, are visible to anyone else.
